Transforming Keystone

Progress is picking up pace.

Below recaps what we’ve achieved and lays out the priorities that will guide us through our organization's next phase.

Agency Management System (AMS)

Key Accomplishments

We've completed IT discovery to understand Platform Partner technology stacks and tools, issued an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP), and reviewed AMS provider capabilities.

What's Next

Vendor selection and Platform insurance technology software inventoried (Q4 2025).

Why It Matters to our Carrier Partners

Consolidating all Platform Agencies onto a single AMS allows for a unified, accurate, and timely data environment. This allows for more consistent underwriting data, a stronger ability to analyze performance and growth opportunities, and less friction around quoting, renewals, and program design.

Why It Matters to the Platforms

Reduces costs, improves data accuracy, positions Keystone for greater integration and expansion.

Why It Matters to our Carrier Partners

Proactively managing third-party tech integrations - rating, quoting, CRMs, policy servicing tools - creates consistency in how carriers interact with our Platform partners. This provides more connectivity, API efficiency, and data security.

Why It Matters to the Platform

Managing third-party integrations ensures all systems work smoothly together, so our teams can rely on tools that are stable, secure, and connected.

Small Commercial Center of Excellence (COE)

What's Next

As we collaborate with our Platform agencies on their business process reviews (BPR), and transformation-focused discussions, we will be gauging interest level of employees to participate in our small commercial COE.

Why It Matters to our Carrier Partners

Centralizing best practices, underwriting expertise, and service support for high-volume, lower-premium business creates higher submission quality, improved placement efficiency, and disciplined risk selection. It also provides the option for some producers to focus upstream on middle-market accounts.

Why It Matters to the Platform

We will bring together diverse voices from across Platform agencies to surface challenges, share insights, and co-create more effective ways of working within their business and across the network.
